Park, Housemates and Ilonggo musicians shake Paseo Iloilo
Capturing the hearts and support of Ilonggos, Robinsons Place Iloilo with Paseo, truly made the Dinagyang celebration at the mall a gathering of thousands. The many exciting events and shopping options that can be experienced inside and outside Robinsons was just overwhelming. The Dinagyang Sale at the mall offered tremendous discounts and good deals. No wonder shoppers were in a mad rush to avail of all the wonderful promos.
Sandara Park cast her spell with wit and charm. She endeared herself with the crowd who mobbed her. With her fresh beauty and pleasant attitude she also revealed an honest talent in singing. Interesting to say that most of her loyal followers were children and teenagers.
All 13 Housemates of Pinoy Big Brother simply revealed that they are still the hottest reality TV starts in the Philippines.
Everywhere you look, from the rafters, the side stage, the main concert area, practically the whole Paseo Iloilo in De Leon street as well as all levels of the Robinsons Carpark building, people from all walks of life convened and mobbed their favorite housemates. It is hard to say who among them got the loudest support from the crowd. It's safe to say though that Sam Milby charmed them with his pearly whites. Most of the housemates sang live—Uma surprised them when he sang, Cass did a good interpretation of jukebox favorite Luha. Raquel simply showed her giggly self. Say and Chx made the male audience sizzle and asked for more of their appealing numbers. The funny duo Franzen and Jayson brought the house down with their funny and comical antics. Jenny Rico, Bob and JB were definitely lookers. Nene was in her usual kumander aura but definitely charmed the audience with her simplicity and eloquence. Simply put Pinoy Big Brother rocked Iloilo and it all happened at Paseo Iloilo, Robinsons Place Iloilo.
The three nights of party ended with the Bandamonium sa Dinagyang Iloilo, which coincidentally is an original activity consistently being held at Paseo Iloilo. This is a pet project of Iloilo's leading station and a favorite among the college students. This time, more than ten bands with their signature rock fashion and sound entertained the Paseo Iloilo crowd.
Surely, it was a weekend of revelry and nonstop partying at Robinsons Dinagyang Foodfest. Special thanks to Pepsi Cola Philippines, Bayantel, Mang Inasal, San Miguel Beer Division, Picture City, ABS-CBN Regional Network Group, Yuhum Magazine, The News Today, Sun Star Iloilo, Panay News and Radio One 88.7.
