The walls were painted baby pink, hot pink and white, while the mushrooms were colored in burgundy. The seats are also in pink and from what I have heard from owner May Pineda, all their food have mushrooms!
The second floor dining area
Purr's referring to Pink Mushroom, the latest diner that opened in Paseo Iloilo last August.
Pineda said that during lunch time, Pink Mushroom is a fast food diner, which is ideal for busy people who are on a budget. After that, it becomes an ala carte dining place at night. Just the right place to have that relaxing din-din with friends and family. The place is Wi-Fi ready as well.

They cook good food, as what we have attested from the gastronomic delights they prepared during the opening, like Chicken Drumsticks, Paella, Ox Tongue in Mushroom Sauce, Spaghetti (can't help coming back for this!), Roasted Chicken and Beef with Tomato Sauce. And there were tiny bits of mushrooms somewhere.

Pineda, who co-owns Pink Mushroom with her husband Danny and a friend Daisy Deza, said that Pink Mushroom has its Snow Frosty Station. "This is one of our unique offerings. Here, one can have great- tasting shakes that come in mango, strawberry, taro, tea and lavender flavors," she said. "Taste our Pink Burgers, too. And soon, we will serve wine."

Pineda, who spends most of her time in the United States, thanked three persons who took the time and energy to put the diner and the opening together. They are Hyacinth Gallardo, Rena Filosopo and Michael Parreño.
