Due to the need to provide quality education to its clientele and to expand its educational scope, St. Joseph School (Iloilo), Inc. inaugurated its Our Lady of Lourdes Building last Sept. 22, 2007.
The new edifice costing P11-million houses five classrooms, two laboratory rooms and a canteen.
The said building is an answer to the growing need of the Josephians, that is, to cater efficiently to its clients.
The occasion was graced by Dr. Erlinda Gencaya, Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Elsa Consebit, Division Supervisor In-Charge of Private Cchools, parents, Josephian Student Council officers, faculty and staff, alumni and friends.
Moreover, the said inauguration rites was officiated by Rev. Fr. Neil Philipp Antenor Cruz and Rev. Fr. Narciso Landar.
On the other hand, the owner-directress, Maria Lourdes Josefina Garcia said, "My dream of building St. Joseph School is indeed a realization that dreams really come true."
The school has been existing for 35 years.
