The Fiesta Queens: Conclusion of SM City Iloilo's Fiestas In The City

Trust SM City Iloilo to come up with another exciting event that had Ilonggos troop to its premises last May 24, 2008. On that Saturday was the culmination of its annual Fiestas in the City, which featured the Santacruzan, a parade of Iloilo City and Province's festival queens. The ladies swooned when they saw Jon Avila, Bench model and Former PBB housemate, escort Miss Dinagyang 2008 Venna Ardales to the stage. Everybody was trying to take a photo of him and the 'sagalas' who were superbly dressed in gowns created by the province's top designers.
Before that, SM City Iloilo held daily cultural presentations of the province's different municipalities.
This laudable project's aim is to put together Iloilo's festivals as well as the municipalities' trade under one roof.
The event was supported by the Province of Iloilo, Iloilo City, Province of Capiz, Province of Antique, Province of Guimaras, Province of Negros Occidental, Philippine Airlines, San Miguel Corporation, ABS-CBN, GMA, Iloilo Business Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Max's Restaurant, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, Mister Donut, Picture City, Salon de Rose and Mister Labada.
