A dynamic team is one of the secrets to a company’ success. This is the case with Garden of the Ascension, which held a sales gathering for their sales associates last Aug. 8, 2009 at the Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention Center.
No less than Garden of the Ascension president Francisco Alba, Jr. graced the occasion and brought good news to those present. He updated the sales associates about the ongoing and upcoming developments in the said park.
Jaresh Ng, resident manager, also updated the sales associate on how to qualify for their promo “Trip Natin To.” I learned that the more lots that the sales associates deliver, the more chances for them to go on a trip!

Of course, it’s not just all talk and updates. After a round of business came the fun. Interactive games took place and was capped with those present singing “Heal the World.”
Some 140 agents attended, including some new recruits. Indeed, despite the challenges that businesses face these days, Garden of the Ascension manages to attract more agents and patronage. A success befitting a company that has lasted nine years and going stronger.
