Rabies cases in Iloilo City reach alarming stage

Rabies cases in Iloilo City has reached alarming stage prompting the city government to activate the Iloilo City Rabies Control Committee.

The City Veterinary Office has recorded six rabies cases from January until early part of February this year.

The grotto of the Virgin Mary atop the Willy's Rock in Brgy. Balabag, Boracay Island has become a tourist attraction since it was put up in 1986. Today the grotto can no longer be seen as its owner, a newly convert Christian, decided to remove it and replaced with a Ten Commandments tablet.
