Raymund PorrasThe Rotary Club of Central Iloilo City in cooperation with Uplift Internationale of Colorado USA and Pototan Provincial Hospital had a free surgical mission for cleft lip and palate patients last February 1-5, 2010. As a result 59 patients now beam with a new smile and a new found confidence.
