Blue Chili offers Eat All You Can Dimsum
Dimsum refers to a wide range of light dishes like meat, seafood and vegetables and are eaten with tea. They are served in a small basket-like steamer and usually eaten first during a meal in a Chinese restaurant.
In Cantonese, "dimsum" means "touch the heart" or "order to your heart's content." This is so apt because Blue Chili Teahouse has an Eat All You Can Dimsum this month. For only P195, diners will enjoy unlimited servings of beef balls, chicken feet, lomaikai, fried siopao, shrimp balls, siomai, pork spareribs, spring rolls, siopao asado, hot salad roll, fried dumplings, radish cash, curry puff, taipao and ham soi kok from 10 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Eat All You Can Dimsum is ongoing until May 31, 2008.
Blue Chili Teahouse is located at the 2nd level of Urban Inn, La Paz, Iloilo City. For more inquiries, call 3000558.
