Love or hate gov't workers? Be 'expressive' Do you hate, or love, any government employee or official? Officials of the Civil Service Commission Regional Office six urged people transacting with government agencies to avail of the feedback mechanism aimed at improving the efficiency of the bureaucracy. If you have complaints against a government employee, just fill up the forms; if you happen to like the services rendered by a government employee, also fill up the forms, CSC Regional Director Emelita Santuyo urged during a press conference Friday last week, referring to their Mamamayan Muna, Hindi Mamaya Na program. “If you feel like you have been ignored, you can complain to our office,” Santuyo stressed, adding, “be expressive with your disgust with the services of any government employee.” Santuyo made the call on the occasion of their Office's 40 th Anniversary, during which they highlighted their past accomplishments. Santuyo said that their Public Assistance and Liaison Department of the CSC has put up a complaints box, which they named 24/7 Box for service 24 hours a day 7 days a week, at the entrance of their office in Mandurriao where the various feedback forms are placed. Form three, colored white, are for complaints against transactions with the CSC. For those who would like to commend a government employee, all they have to do is to fill up the pink form, Santuyo said. Request for assistance, like questions on, or follow-ups of, transactions with Government Service Insurance Systems, Santuyo singled out, can be written another form. The yellow colored forms are for recommendations. |
