I wish for 'the intelligent and comprehensive Urban Development Plan' for the city to finally work (there is one, eh?) for us poor citizens after 4 'promising' year (?!), and traffic to improve, sidewalks finally given back to pedestrian 'walkers', be proven wrong in predicting those roads fronting the provincial bus and jeepney terminals, instead of being kept traffic-free as they always were, are inevitably turned into chaotic, disorderly, anarchaic, and neglected traffic choke points by brilliant planners! At least we have Dinagyang!! (oh my!)
