Renowned international evangelist to speak at CPU

Ilonggos will have the opportunity to experience a life-changing worship experience at Central Philippine University with a renowned international evangelist and author Sammy Tippit on July 21-22, 2006.
To be held at the Rose Memorial Auditorium of CPU, the evangelistic crusade is part with the traditional Christ Emphasis Week in the university where the academic community will be given the opportunity to be blessed with the daily life-changing testimonies and sermons for better life.
The international evangelist and author Sammy Tippit, is emerging as a leading voice among the nations of the world at the beginning of new century. He is currently preaching some of the largest evangelistic meetings in the world. He has proclaimed God's Message of peace in stadiums in Warton Burdundi, met with government and religious leaders shortly after the attempt genocide in Rwanda, and brought hope to persecuted believers in the former Soviet-bloc nations.
Tippit preached a historic evangelistic meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethopia in March 1999, with over 300,000 people attending in 4 days. In the last 35 years of ministry, Tippit has proclaimed the gospel in more than 70 countries throughout the world. He has written several books on faith and Christian living. Among others are The Choice, Fit for Battle, Gathering Storm, The Prayer Factor.
Prior to the evangelistic crusade, a Pastors Conference will be held at 4th Floor Dr. Alfonso Uy Student Union, CPU on July 17-18, 2006 w/ equally renowned theologian Dr. Hollie Miller as guest.
