The 9th National Physical Therapy Week Celebration
Physical therapists and PT students from all over the region took a break from the challenging world of Rehabilitation Medicine as they celebrate the 9th National PT Week Celebration. The week-long celebration (September 4-8, 2006) with the theme: "PT's Working Towards a Stronger Workforce" was hosted by Iloilo Doctors' College School of Physical Therapy (IDCSPT) and St. Paul University Iloilo (SPUI) together with the Iloilo Physical Therapy Association (IPTA).
Fun-filled activities consist of ball games, singing contests, seminars and parlor games made this annual event extra memorable. Of course, gastronomic treats were present with the the Eat-All-You-Can lunch at the IDC Main Campus. Likewise, Physical Therapists and PT students gathered to witness the Search for Mr. and Miss PT, Dance Sport Showdown and Extraordinary Rave Games during the "Eclipse", Housewarming Party at the newly-opened B Mongolian Lounge and Bar at Riverside Boardwalk.
