Banate goes for 'moral Ordinances'

And there is Ordinance No. 2007-02 that prohibits the use of bars and similar places of entertainment as "prostitution dens."
Specific conditions also highlighted the prohibitions in using the bars as "a place for lascivious conduct of immoral activities and providing penalties thereof."
Further still, in Banate as well is Ordinance No. 2007-04 prohibiting the sale of cigarettes to minors while Ordinance No. 2007-05 prohibits the sale of "intoxicating drinks" likewise to minors.
