PRO 6 gives honors to General Pfleider
Today, the Police Regional Office 6 renders a Testimonial Parade and Review in honor of its Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA), Police Chief Superintendent Edwin Arrante Pfleider who will be retiring from the service on November 7, 2007.
Testimonial Parade and Review is given to Top Rank officers who are retiring from the PNP service in recognition to their exemplary performance and dedication to duty.
Pfleider made history at Western Visayas for being the first DRDA of PRO 6 with a rank of Police Chief Superintendent.
Pfleider was assigned at PRO 6 on December 12, 2003 as Deputy Regional Director for Operations and later designated as Deputy Regional Director for Administration in October 16, 2004.
Being the second in command, Pfleider also held various positions as Action Officer of Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group; Commander of Task Force Usig; Chairman of Recruitment and Promotion Board, Regional Housing Board, and Regional Bids and Awards Committee, among others.
Meanwhile, PRO 6 did not name yet who shall replace Pfleider in the position. (RPIO PRO6)
