The Best Seafood Restaurant in the Filipino Dining Category is BREAKTHROUGH. The freshest seafoods are available here, thus, it is worth the trip to Villa. Their lechon is also a great feast as it is superbly cooked. If you go for classic Filipino favorites with emphasis on the Ilonggo taste, this is the ultimate destination.
For Best Pizza Innovation, BOURBON STREET is it. Its square and thin crust pizza, topped with pure mozzarella cheese and non-traditional garnishes like burgers and sausages, is a best bet for your money.
The Best Bakeshop and Bakery is TINAPAYAN. If you haven't tried their Ciabatta, Foccacia and Wheat Bread, you missed something totally divine. Just heat any of these breads in a toaster oven, dip in a combination of olive oil, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. Perfect!

The Most Promising Chef is FIEL VINCENT APOLINARIO. He is the man behind the very artistic presentations of Bourbon Street. He could give those chef wannabes a run for their talent. He's hailed by food columnists and connoisseurs as an artist on the plate who can rival those in Manila when it comes to taste and food preparation.
The Best Fine Dining Restaurant is THE PROMENADE. It is still unbeatable for its buffet spreads and gourmet ala carte dishes as well as innovations in quality and service.
The Best Coffee Shop is COFFEE BREAK because of its honest-to-goodness cappuccino and lattes. The products are affordable and it has a no-fuss ambiance.
