Iloilo's Prince of Nightlife anda great club impresario Cedric Loring celebrated his birthday witha an overflowing drinking party for close friends and regular clientsa a few moons age at his famously chilled Flow Resto Lounge in Smallville, the favorite haunt ofa the city's most famous personalities, the young and thea achingly hip set.
Together with Cedric holding court that night was thea celebrator's brother and co-owner ofa Flow, Tata Loring who made sure that the 90's and house music were up to perfection which Flow is really known for and thata all theira friendsa were having the fun of the night. Also very visible and having a good time were the ever supportivea two Mrs. Lorings-a Engle and Bulak who were the epitome of the perfect hostesses.
