Of being stressed
Have you ever experienced a feeling before when a person delivers his or her lines, or touches even the tip of your hair or skin and you feel like exploding? It seems that you're impervious for the time being and at the end of the day you're left wondering what on earth made you feel that way. You are just stressed out my dear.
Words coming from a stressed person are just like lava flowing from a volcano. He talks continuously without thinking what words come out from his silly mouth. It is just like bratatat! An ordinary individual, who cannot understand this type of a person, will also meet this with ire. Here comes another version of war of the worlds!
There are expressions that would fly freely from these stressed people. Most are shocking, their words are just like thunder and their facial expressions are lightning. You cannot even touch them as if they are a flammable thing that is ready for a total blast.
When you hear these things being said to you, relax. Be cool and don't ever think to throw words which may lead to another thing. The person is probably blathering from stress and is incontrollable.
Some of his or her awarding-winning-lines go this way:
1. At last after 48 years!
2. Are you blind?
3. So, are we in a concert?
4. Well, this day was a total waste of time, effort and powder.
5. What are you waiting for, Christmas?
6. Sorry? Look what you've done?
7. Allow me to check your invitation, please?
8. And your opinion is not that important.
9. I'm trying to imagine you with a personality.
10. Can you hear me? I've been taking here for hours.
11. This is it! This is really it! I'm done.
12. Nice cologne. Hanky please.
13. I'm fine and I'm okay. So leave me alone.
14. Now you talk as if you don't know the whole thing.
15. I just want a revenge, who's with me?
16. How many times do I have to tell you to give way?
17. Me? An ugly duckling? Look who's talking?
18. Looks who's trying to be in here. Such a feeler!
19. I don't need your explanation. Talk to my hand!
20. The door is open. You are free to exit.
When you find yourselves in a workplace and sense that you're too stressed, it would simply mean to call time out. You need a break! Enough of sarcastic acts of yours! Don't ever believe to the old cliché that says, "Sarcasm is just one more service we offer." Go to a place where you can find solitude and make yourself relax for a while. Make yourself distant away from a group of people. Try to be alone even for couple of minutes. Then do the most effective way, meditate and pray! Make realizations of what you've said and done. Allow yourself to become conscious of the words you've said that hurt other people's feelings. You call it a day. Make a commitment to go home, rest for a day or call a few days off if that's possible. Stress is to be pampered with relaxation of mind and realization of picking the right words to be used in a stressful day.
Don't overstress yourself and you'll find yourself contradicting what's in #9. Remember one thing, your wrinkles.
