Next PRO6 director known on or before Feb. 14
The next Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6) director will be known on or before Feb. 14 when current Police Chief Supt. Wilfredo V. Dulay, Sr. retires.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Deputy Director General Emmanuel R. Carta, who is here as guest of honor and speaker of the 17th PNP Anniversary, said that he anticipates the successor of Dulay to be finally named during those days as the Senior Officers Placement Board will still be deliberating on who really to appoint.
He also said that the PNP Chief Avelino I. Razon, Jr. will make the final decision and appoint the next PRO6 director.
He said he could not say who really will replace Dulay here whether it would be current PRO6 Deputy Regional Director for Administration Chief Supt. Samuel D. Pagdilao, Jr. or National Capital Region DRDA Chief Supt. Isagani Cuevas, who is also a nominee.
In an earlier interview, Chief Supt. Pagdilao said that he has been looking forward for the opportunity to serve as PRO6 director, but would submit to whoever would be the choice of the Senior Officers Placement Board. (PNA)
