New email address for 'Mag-email sa Ombudsman' project
The Ombudsman - Visayas Regional Office 6 has a new email address for its "Mag-email sa Ombudsman" project.
The project which was formally launched here in Iloilo City last January 29 allows the public to send their reports, complaints or request for assistance to the Office of the Ombudsman through the use of the internet.
Ombudsman RO6 Associate Graft Investigation Officer Evangeline Nuñal said after the launch they received numerous requests and calls from the public to omit the underscore "_" sign in its old email address - ombudsman_ro6@ yahoo.com.
For easy access and user friendly, Nuñal said they have replaced their old email address to ombudsmanro6@yahoo.com, which is now the official email address of the Ombudsman - Visayas RO6.
"The public is encouraged to send their concerns to this new email address so that the Ombudsman can immediately act on it," said Nunal.
