The Outstanding WoWomen of Iloilo City 2008
The Honorable Julienne "Jam" Baronda of the Iloilo City Council and Chairperson for the Committee on Women and Family Relations together with H.A.L.I.G.I. Foundation, Inc. headed by The Honorable Vice Mayor Jed Mabilog recently presented awards to The Outstanding Women of Iloilo City (TOWIL) 2008 at the Fountain Area of the Robinson's Place 1loilo.
The 1st TOWIL AWARDS is a project of the Iloilo City Council and H.A.L.I.G.I. Foundation, Inc. in recognition to the women who have manifested exemplary performances in their field of professions contributing to the development of Iloilo City. This year's theme is "Financing for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women."
