A closer glance at K. Dynelle
* "I asked my parents why they gave such name which is very hard to spell indeed. It means a Christian girl. My parents also wanted our names to be unique. They love to play with names. In grade school I used K. Dynelle Dinopol only. I, too, found it hard to spell my name. Later on I learned to spell it correctly."
* "I am competitive. I consider myself a leader; I have the drive and I can make others listen."
Pretty Kyle
The growing number of beauty pageants in our country has become a pox for some have exploited our women in the most subtle of ways. Then came Ms. Teen Philippines, a contest that promotes the essence of being a youth of the Filipino community. Unlike most beauty pageants, this one aims in making a role model out of normal, fun-loving teenagers. It also aims to teach the teens to be responsible of themselves and to learn independence.
A product of that pageant is Kchyrziahshayne Dynelle Dinopol, who won as Miss Teen Philippines-Panay. This sixteen year old girl finished her secondary education from the Central Philippine University. This school year, she will take up Media and Communications at the University of the Philippines, Miagao Campus. This beauty certainly has brains. She garnered the 5th Honorable Mention during her high school graduation and came out 3rd in the English Declamation Category of the 2007 PRISAA competitions.
Kyle, as she is called by her peers and family, also plays badminton (she is a varsity player for her school before), when she is not reading books or drinking coffee.

TNT: What is the best thing about being you?
KDD: I am competitive. I consider myself a leader; I have the drive and I can make others listen. People tell me that I have an innate potential and that I have the flexibility to do anything.
TNT: What bores you to death?
KDD: Something like, if high school would be for five years, or when life is stagnant. I want to grow, I don't stay long in a certain situation, I want it to be finished so I can move on to the next.
TNT: What is your sweet treat?
Spending great time with her family
KDD: Chocolates. Flavored iced-coffee is my favorite beverage this summer. I also like pasta.
TNT: Who would you be if you were born as a different person, and why?
KDD: The person who comes into my mind is Princess Diana. Although there were some scandals later in her life, I like her down-to-earth and charitable personality. I also have a crush on her son, Prince William. Unlike other royalties, she has helped many people by reaching out to them through her charity works.

TNT: If you were given only one day to do everything you want to do in your life, what are the top three things that you would like to accomplish?
KDD: First, I would love to travel in Europe. Then I would organize a "get-together" for my family and relatives, being with them gives me so much happiness. And last, I would tell all the important people in my life that I love them.
TNT: What preparations are you making for Miss Teen Philippines?
Kyle with equally dazzling sisters
KDD: Lately, I have been taking time to get in-tuned with the current events of our country, through newspapers and the television. I also practice putting make up on myself and doing my own hairdo. The pageant will have only a few make up artists. For time efficiency, we need to learn to do our own make up and hairdo, that way they would only have to polish it.
TNT: How do you forsee yourself after Miss Teen Philippines?
KDD: I see myself facing the challenges of my college days. I have never experienced being away from home for a long time. Since I live in the city, I would have to stay in a dorm during my college years. And this, I have to prepare myself for. I have to get comfortable to the idea thatI will be living away from home and I have to do things on my own. I also have to learn how to be independent and how to take care of myself.
TNT: How would you describe the young people of today?
KDD: Teenagers today are very vulnerable. The are easily influenced by what they see on television, or are too caght up in technology. They think that teenage pregnancy is alright, their values are not as tight as before. This is probably is due to lack of guidance, especially from parents that are both working.
