A sack of rice for Capitol employees
All employees at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol, including casuals and job hires (typhoon victim or not), are very happy because Gov. Niel Tupas gave each one of them one sack of rice. At this time when the price of rice is skyrocketing the provision from the governor will be of great help to the Capitol employees. Tsk! tsk! tsk!
