Blessing of Fil-Estate's new abode

The Fil-Estate Group of Companies held the blessing of its new office at Sanmars Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City. This was attended by agents and brokers, mostly.
Real estate giant Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Robert John Sobrepeña and its president Atty. Ferdinand Santos graced the inauguration.
'The new office is a testament to our belief that Iloilo is one of the growing centers in the Visayas and one of, if not the best market. We are about to launch our new project here, and it's called the Sta. Barbara Heights. We are getting prepared for the big launch on Aug. 29, 2008," Sobrepeña said.
Fil-Estate will be building a premier subdivision in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo. The new project is situated on a 153-hectare area near the Iloilo Golf and Country Club and Iloilo airport.

"It's flood-free and we believe that this will be the start of a new town development," Sobrepeña added.
Initially, some 500 homes will be built. Fil-Estate will be introducing the Green Homes design which will make use of environment friendly and recycled materials. The structures of the houses will maximize the natural lighting and ventilation in order to minimize the use of light and air-conditionining system.
This is their new investment after doing business in Iloilo for 15 years.
