According to Remy Muescan, manager of the Antique Provincial Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative, the ceiling price of the said housing project is only P300,000.00, and includes the house and lot.
"Most of the lots are between 100-120 square meters," added Muescan. He bared that there are 85 employees who already applied, and the signing of the said document, many have asked for application forms.
Muescan further that they already have the site development plan as well as the ECC from the DENR and the Certificate of Nontenancy from DAR.
"We are only waiting for the final costing of the houses," Muescan said.
Another big hurdle will be the acquisition of the fund for the development of the housing site.Gov. Perez has to get the Sangguniang Panlalawigan's approval in order to obtain loan from the DBP. But pundits here say that it would be an easy one for Perez since she got the majority of the board members in her camp. (PIO-Antique)
