Save on Surplus, Inc. (SOS) recently opened along San Roque Street, Roxas City to serve the Capiceños with father-and-son tandem, Catalino Albar Jr. as franchise owner and Catalino "Nonoy" Albar III as operations and general manager, at the helm. No less than Roxas City Mayor Vicente Bermejo and Gino Quintos, CEO of SOS, graced the opening.
What is SOS? It is a retailer of quality imported surplus products from Australia, U.S.A., and other foreign countries. Its range of low-cost, high-quality items offers the customers the advantage of acquiring imported goods at bargain prices. To top this, the customers are provided with the best-value products and superior customer service.

According to Nonoy Albar, "SOS items are always tested for quality to assure shoppers the confidence of reliable and long-lasting products backed up by a warranty on parts and labor."
SOS searches overseas for closeouts, stock lots, catalog returns, and anything that would be of good value which are generally not found in the Philippine market. They are then imported in bulk, tested and refurbished if necessary. These are the items offered to the consumers, allowing them to access imported brands without having to worry about importing hassles.

The SOS store carries a range of items not found in most other retail outlets, thus, making them unique, not likely to compete against similar stores nearby. Selecting items that are necessary for your home or small business, such as computers and appliances, need not be expensive anymore. Drop by at SOS and you will surely get good value for your money!
