Best Turkey Dish at SM Iloilo's Thanksgiving

SM City Iloilo held the Thanksgiving Day Best Turkey Dish Contest recently and adjudged as the Most Popular Dish and one with the Best Taste was the dish made by the students of Colegio Del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus (CSCJ).
The groups that joined came from prestigious educational institutions in the city -- Central Philippine University (CPU), West Visayas State University (WVSU), St. Paul's University (SPU-Iloilo), University of San Agustin (USA), Western Visayas College of Science and Technology (WVCST) and Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus (CSCJ).

Your Pink Pepper witnessed the mesmerizing turkey dish and the marvelous presentations made by the student chefs. The dishes prepared were Paleau Ala Ilonggo Naminami with Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Turkey in Wild Citrus Glazed with Spanish Paella Stuffing served with Monggo Sauce, Roasted Turkey with Filipino Fruit Stuffing served with Sweet Plum Sauce and Brandy Peppercorn Jus, Pabo Bonito, Il Saporito Tacchino Ebbro and Fiesta Turkey with Tamarind Chutney.
CPU received the Best Presentation award while WVSU got the Most Unique Recipe award.
The winners received gift packs from the sponsors and gift certificates from SM.
