The training is part of the on-going program on Multi-stakeholder Transport Planning and Traffic Management Improvement in Metro-Iloilo-Guimaras funded by JICA, that aims to alleviate traffic congestion in Iloilo City as well as respond to other transport planning concerns in the Metro-Iloilo-Guimaras areas.
