No grease money, no fixers in PNP recruitment
The Police Regional Office 6 reiterated its warning to applicants in the PNP recruitment to be wary of persons identifying themselves as fixers.
PRO6’s Personnel and Human Resource Development Division evaluated 623 applications vying for the 350 slots in this year’s PNP regular and attrition recruitment programs.
The region’s top cop, Police Chief Superintendent Isagani R Cuevas, said there are reports of persons extorting money from applicants.
“We don’t have the identity of the suspects yet, but I have directed our intelligence unit to verify the said information,” Cuevas said.
The PNP applicants underwent the agility test on April 1-2. Those who passed the test still have to undergo neuropsychiatric test, medical and dental examinations, drug tests, and panel interview. (POIII FB Lindero Jr/PIO)
