Fruit Spring Roll/Turon

Ingredients:
Spring roll wrapper
1/8 cub ube jam
¼ cup langka, candied
1 mango, sliced
Oil for frying

Procedure:
Assemble spring roll/lumpia wrapper. Using a spoon, paint the top wrapper with the jam. Place the langka and sliced mango on top of the jam. Roll up the wrapper until lightly sealed. Fry in cooking oil until golden brown.

Cocido

Ingredients:
Oil, Garlic, Onion
½ kilo chicken
½ kilo pork cubes
1 stalk pechay
2 pieces potatoes
2 pieces bananas
Tomato sauce
Salt and pepper

Procedure:
Saute garlic and onions. Add pork cubes and chicken. Add water and add tomato sauce. When the meat is almost tender, add potatoes and bananas. Season with salt and pepper. Just before turning off, add pechay.

Smoked Bangus Pasta

Ingredients:
Butter
250 g. cream
½ smoked bangus
250 g. pasta
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Procedure:
Saute winced smoked bangus with butter. After frying, add cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parmesan cheese and basil.
