Congratulations to the the F&E Group, comprised by the Aguillon family, for coming up with another venue for good pasta and pizza —- Joey’s Pepperoni Pizzeria, a franchise from RFM Corporation. The restaurant is located at MH Del Pilar corner Diversion Road.
It specializes on contemporary Italian-American cuisine. The exemplary food offerings were created by Chef Giorgio Bucciarelli, a Master Pizzaiolo-Italian Executive Chef from Milan, Italy.
The guests delighted at the The Works Pizza, which consists of smoked ham, pepperoni, bacon, salami, beef toppings, bell peppers and olives. Then there’s the Joey Pepperoni, which is loaded with pepperoni. According to Emannuel Aguillon, its managing director, you can also order a combination in one pizza. We also had Carbonara Pasta which was made really yummy with bechamel sauce, parmesan cheese and bacon. We also delighted on Mozzarella Sticks, which is breaded mozzarella served with pomodoro dip. We also had Lotto Apetitio, a bestseller which consists of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and fresh tomatoes.

The restaurant has two areas – one is air conditioned while the other is al fresco, if you want to dine like a European. “We have made the ambiance cozy in order to make you comfortable,” Emmanuel said.
The opening of Joey’s Pepperoni Pizzeria in Iloilo City coincided with the celebration of the F&E Group’s anniversary. It is under the company’s food and beverage division, like Max’s Restaurant here.
No less than Ambassador Roy Cimatu and Chef Giorgio Bucciarelli graced the occasion. The guests were welcomed by Emmanuel along with F&E Group founders Eduardo and Filamie Aguillon.
