PRO 6 gears up for annual inspection
A team from Internal Affairs Service in Camp Crame will visit Western Visayas this October to check the operational readiness of the region’s police force.
This Annual General Inspection – Operational Readiness and Security Inspection, Test, and Evaluation (AGI-ORSITE) also aims to assess the compliance of police offices and units to the directives of the PNP National Headquarters.
PRO6 prepares for this inspection with series of pre-AGI-ORSITE to provincial and city offices, municipal police stations and mobile groups.
Regional inspection teams observe how police personnel adhere to policy in the wearing of uniform, to demonstration of camp defense and crisis management.
PRO 6 Director, Police Chief Superintendent Isagani R. Cuevas, said the AGI-ORSITE seeks to ensure the uniform interpretation of policies and directives governing both the administration and operation matters of the PNP.
PRO6 has always been adjudged in the past as one of the top performing Police Regional Offices in crisis management,a camp defense and other matters during AGI-ORSITE.
“But we are not complacent, we are all set to do better than what we did last year,” Cuevas said. (FB Lindero Jr.)
