Most of Iloilo city councilors are already busy preparing for their political plans for next year’s election. They no longer perform as they are already engrossed with politics. Former Vice Mayor Vic Facultad is definitely running for vice mayor of Iloilo City whether he has a group or not. The articulate and industrious former vice mayor said that he can run his campaign bisan wala sya grupo.
