The marvels of Asia at Chef Cho’s
Lovers of Asian food would find some amazingly good tasting dishes at Chef Cho’s, located at Gen. Luna Street.
Some of its specialties are Chicken Lollipop and Wing with Chef Cho’s Special Sauce (CCSS), Pork Bacon Roll with CCSS, Pork Bulgogi with CCSS, Beef Bulgogi, Honey Beef and Porkbbeiyaki, which are available in regular (good for two to three persons) and medium (good for three to four persons) servings.
We were able to taste Chicken Lollipops and Wings with Chef Cho’s Special Sauce. It taste sweet and spicy and some portions were crispy. Porkbbeiyaki, on the other hand, is great with beer. Honey Beef came in a dark yet sweet sauce. Portions of creamy mozzarella cheese inside the beef made the dish taste even more delicious.

The combinations are Beef Fried Rice with Egg and Corn Soup, Fried Chicken with Rice and Corn Soup, Fried Chicken with Rice and Pancit Canton, Fried Chicken with Rice and Chopsuey, Pancit Canton with Rice and Lumpia Shaghai and Boneless Bangus with Rice and Corn Soup. When you say Asian, that also includes Filipino cuisine. Thus, Chef Cho’s serves some Filipino delicacies as well. “You should try Chef Cho’s Pancit Molo,” said another writer who attended the food tasting for the media. “It tastes better than any other Pancit Molo I’ve tried,” he added. Chef Cho’s also serves Batchoy, Bihon Guisado and Crispy Noodle with Pork.
The restaurant was named after its chef, who grew up with cooks. “My grandmother was a good cook. Our family in Korea is in the restaurant business,” said Chef Cho.
