Seminar on nursing globalization set
Nursing Center for Clinical Lab Experience, Inc. (NC-CLEX) in collaboration with its local provider Education and Training Hub for Advancement in Nursing (ETHAN) invites all nurses, nursing administrators and faculty, nursing students and their parents to an Informative Seminar entitled “Nursing Globalization: Trends, Challenges and Strategies”.
The seminar to be held March 22, 2010, 1 to 5 p.m. at Iloilo Grand Hotel’s Center Ballroom will have as resource speaker RUSTY L. FRANCISCO, EdD, RN, FRIN (Fellow Royal Institute of Nursing), Chief Operating Officer, Nursing Center for Clinical Lab Experience and Chairman, PNA Committee on International Affairs and Placement.
Topics to be discussed are: Where are the Nursing Students Ought to Be: What is the Role of the Nursing Schools and Parents to Assure Global Success; Where are the Filipino Nurses Going and Heading? What must they do now to go abroad?; Nursing Trends In and Out of the Country: Preparation, Policies, Potentials and Opportunities; Local Board Exam Enhancement Program to Assure Passing Performance; and Portable RLE Enhancement Program: Developing Student- Centered Clinical Learning in a Simulated Global Environment ( For Nursing Administrators and Faculty).
Seminar Fee is only P250 inclusive of snacks and two Accredited Certificates, however, on-site registrants shall pay P300. Participants must pre-register before March 22.
