Experimenting with varied musical instruments since he was in high school, Jay has indeed perfected the violin. His ability to mix things up for flavor yet still manages to create an impact and find an emotional connection with his audience in every piece he plays was evident that night.
Apart from the soothing effect of his strings, the guests enjoyed the wine and superb food that Emilion is known for.
