Teleperformance extends Iloilo hiring
The successful turnout of applicants in Teleperformance’s Iloilo recruitment center pushes the company to extend the operation of its temporary recruitment hub for another month to give more opportunities to qualified Illonggos to join the call center company, it said in a press release.
TP-Bacolod Recruitment head Paul Felton said the company is very pleased with the caliber of employees they’ve hired for the last month, noting that Iloilo City alone produces 17,000 to 18,000 English-proficient graduates yearly that add to its current labor pool.
Teleperformance opened its temporary recruitment in Brgy. Ma. Cristina, Simon Ledesma Street, Jaro, Iloilo City last month and has been hiring people to work for its Bacolod facility to handle customer service and technical support for its US-based clients.
Those interested to apply may visit TP’s recruitment center from Monday thru Thursdays between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. Applicants are advised to bring their resumé and 2X2 ID picture.
Among the skills that the company is looking for an applicant is excellent English communication skills, computer and internet proficiency, and willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Applicants who pass the recruiting process will receive competitive pay and benefits packages, 20 percent night differential, and one-time relocation allowance.
