RAIDSOG raps 15 drug suspects
A suspected illegal drug pusher and 14 others who allegedly visited a drug den in Brgy. Tanza Esperanza, Iloilo City have been charged for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 by the Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Group Saturday.
Charged by the RAIDSOG led by Supt. Leo Batiles before Iloilo City Prosecutor Maria Theresa Pineda-Guadalupe was Erlinda de la Cruz for violation of Sections 5, 6, 11 and 12 and
De la Cruz, the subject of the buy bust operations on November 17, was arrested after she handed over to a police poseur-buyer suspected “shabu” worth P300.
The RAIDSOG also filed a case for violation of Section 7 or visiting a drug den against the 14 persons who were in the house of De la Cruz during the raid.
The suspects are now detained at the lock-up cell of the Iloilo City Police Station 1.*
