A Recognition of Health Care Achievements
Top Performers of the Rabies Control Program for component cities.A healthy population contributes to national progress and security. Thus, promoting the welfare of the citizenry should be given priority by the government. We have local government units and stakeholders that, despite limitations in resources, were able to successfully manage their health care system.
Thus, the Department of Health – Center for Health Development in Western Visayas gave recognition to these entities’ selfless commitment through the Regional Awarding Ceremony for Newborn Screening Implementers and Recognition of Stakeholders and Partners at the Punta Villa Resort recently. The awarding was led by DOH Regional Director Dr. Ariel Valencia.
