Mabilog threatens to hold CEO budget

City Councilor Jed Patrick Mabilog threatens to hold the 2007 budget of the City Engineers Office (CEO) if its officials fail to satisfy the Sangguniang Panlungsod ad hoc committee handling the complaint against them with their answers about their management procedures.

Initial probe on CEO bares chaotic management

Suspicions on the leakage and thievery of materials inside the City Engineer's Office (CEO) was strengthened yesterday (Thursday) after the CEO's administrative officer revealed it is City Engr. Marito Amatorio who keeps the key of their storage room (bodega).
