God's Love Christian Fellowship turns 2
Atho de la Cruz and Dot Llariza
God's Love Christian Fellowship celebrated its second anniversary recently with activities that lasted for one whole day. In the morning, Atho dela Cruz, a spa expert and owner of Kasanag Well-Being Center, in cooperation Kayang Kayang Mission International, gave a talk on stress management. He explained that life presents us with stressful experiences which we transmit to the body through our senses. He taught the audience, including me, some relaxation exercises. I was so engrossed that I fell off my chair.I just laughed off that otherwise stressful experience.
In the afternoon, there mere medical consultations. The anniversary's theme was "Wellness of body, mind and soul," thus the said activities.

"We would like to make people understand that man is composed of body, soul and spirit and is valuable to God. The church of Jesus must exist not only to build up the spirit of man but his whole being," said Pastor Sol Galunan.

We exist to make desciples by nurturing and empowering believers to proclaim the gospel with love and in power, for the transformation of individuals, families, communities and the world," she said.
