Colada delivers speech in Capitol as Janiuay SB denies request

An emotional Ex-Officio Board Member Cecilia Colada delivered a privilege speech in the Capitol yesterday. As originally planned though, it would have been before peers in the Janiuay Sanggunian Bayan (SB) instead of peers in the 9th Iloilo Sanggunian Panlalawigan (SP).

Family donates 2-ha. lot for GSC San Lorenzo campus

The Baterna family formally turned over yesterday the two-hectare property in Brgy. Constancia, San Lorenzo, Guimaras which they donated to be the site of the College of Agriculture of the Guimaras State College (GSC).
