Mandy’s birthday
Mandy Salcedo, a truly blessed individual.Fabulous hats of varied designs and sizes were paraded during the birthday of Mandy Salcedo, Iloilo’s fashion designer and a really excellent one at that. A competition on who had the best hat, took place. It was Nelia Benedicto’s hat that was adjudged The Best Hat. A mini fashion show and cocktails took place as well.
It was Jay Garovillo who organized the fabulous party through the support of Mandy’s parents Mandit and Pilar as well as his uncle Dr. Aurelio Salcedo.
