Ayala Land Groundbreaking

Also in attendance were the project’s contractors, the Pisons (being the landowners) and the media.
The groundbreaking was for Ayala Land’s first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) campus in Iloilo City. Called the the Iloilo-AyalaLand TechnoHub, it is located at Riverside Boardwalk, Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, this city. Once it’s completed, the campus will have two BPO facilities with a total gross leasable area of 19,000 square meters. The other parts of the building will be leased for retailers.
Once completed, the project will generate more than 10,000 jobs for the local community.
