An enchanting Highland Wedding
It was a wedding done near the heavens, as Caroline Dizon and Atty. Mark Gorriceta completed their pledges to be one forever in the most romantic of all places -- the highlands of Tagaytay.
The bride Carry, daughter of Manuel and Leovigilda Dizon and the groom Mark, son of the late Mayor of Pavia, Felix Gorriceta, Jr. and Dr. Sandra Sarabia Gomez, were united in the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Tagaytay City recently.
For the couple's wedding, not a stone was left unturned, with no less than the creative Robert Blancaflor of 1816, was tapped to do the whole floral arrangements for the church, the entourage and the Tagaytay Midland Veranda at Tagaytay Higlands, the venue for the dinner reception. The bride wore a Rajo Laurel long white wedding gown. The designer also took charged of the gown worn by the ladies of the entourage while the groom and groomsmen wore suits created by Randy Ortiz.
The evening's divine music at church and at the reception was by the renowned Manila Philharmonic Orchestra while the cocktails and after dinner reception dancing music was by Sound Salad (formerly Freesize).
Ms. Nenita Zegala of CELEBRATIONS, supervised and coordinated this charming occasion while Ms. Elaine Young created the multi-tiered fondant cake. Of course, the wedding bands were made under the couple's specifications by Karat World Fine Jewelry, managed by the groom's brother, Felix Gorriceta III.
My best wishes to the newlyweds.
