Eric de los Santos' Lines of Life
For Eric de los Santos, prince of Iloilo fashion, "Lines of Life" or "Linya sang Kabuhi" is made up of 30 meters hablon, 180 meters regeline, bias satin silk, twisted beads, rhinestones and cut beads.
This intricate entry propelled him to the third spot among the Top 10 who were chosen in the Philippine Fashion Design Competition (PFDC) held this year .

The dress was worn by Iloilo's pride Everille Aparicio.
"It is a great prestige to be part of the circle of 10," de los Santos said.
BEST BATCH

Judges Irene Marcos Araneta, Michael Sallentes, Melanie Cuervas, Carla Sibal and Pauline Suaco said that this was the best batch yet.
Out of 800 applicants, only 25 made it. Then, the top 10 were chosen.
Their entries were judged based on the construction design, concept and visual impact.

The finalists will represent their respective provinces in an upcoming fashion design competition in Japan and the United States.
PATIENCE
Getting things done perfectly is a trait that de los Santos is known for.
Aldrich Aparicio, Everille Aparisio,
Deevee Oma-sas, Pearly Venus, Riza
Rojas and Ivy Albacete.
In fact, it took him two months to finish his design. He painstakingly revised and revised until he got the design right.
It's no wonder that his designs are sought after even by celebrities like Boy Abunda, Sara Geronimo, Kim Chiu and Keanna Reeves.

FASHION WEEK
He is now preparing for the 10th Philippine Fashion Week, which will be held on March 23 until April 1. He will be joined by fellow Fashion Design Council of Iloilo designers Aldrich Aparicio and Jasmine Castelo.
