German held for Pinay's killing in Boracay
The Boracay police arrested Friday last week a German national believed to be involved in the brutal killing of a Filipina.
The badly mutilated body of Myleen de la Rosa was dumped in the sands of Puka Beach in Brgy. Yapak, Boracay Island. It was found at around 5:50 am.
Police Officer 1 Frensy Andrade of the Boracay police told The News Today that de la Rosa's head had hematoma, as if it was pummeled with a hard object. Her breasts had cigarette burns, and there were foreign objects in her private organ.
Police will probably have the body autopsied, Andrade said.
A security guard told police that German national Christian Wintterer was last seen heading towards Echo Village with a lady companion onboard a motorcycle.
The female companion, still to be identified, was no longer with Wintterer when he returned, Andrade said.
Wintterer was temporarily staying with Paradise Bay Hotel in Brgy. Manok-manok, also in Boracay island.
"The case is still under investigation," Andrade stressed. Winterrer is now detained at the Boracay police station.
