PRO 6 launches Project 'Pagdayaw'

Administration and Bachelor of Laws.
Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 Director, Chief Superintendent Isagani R. Cuevas, yesterday awarded Certificates of Commendation to police personnel in the region who have graduated their post graduate studies and Bachelor of Laws recently.
Cuevas launched the Project "Pagdayaw" (to give tribute) to recognize the efforts exerted by some police personnel who finished Bachelor of Laws or earned a degree in Masters, Doctorate studies.
"Their quest for self-development will eventually benefit the organization," the Top Cop said adding that the pursuit for intellectual advancement of PNP personnel will improve our services to the public.
In PRO 6 Headquarters alone, 16 police personnel received the award. They were:
PSupt Eduardo S. Ebon, PSupt Ruperto T. Floro Jr., PSupt Romualdo Bayting, PCInsp Lope Manlapaz, PCInsp Ma Cristina Monte, PCInsp Ma Cecilia Detablan, PCInsp Ritza Diolata, PSInsp Dante Tayco, PSInsp Eugene Rebadomia, SPOII Victor Bacinillo, SPOI Randy Babor, POII Mavin Laraño, POI Dulcinea Badilla, POI Mary Christine Ayupan, NUP Maricel Eligio, all finished their Masters in Public Administration, and POII Diana May Reyes who completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Iloilo.
"We are hoping that this project (Pagdayaw) will motivate our PNP personnel to go extra mile in pursuit for their educational advancement," said Cuevas. (F. Lindero)
