PMA Entrance Exam Set on August 31
The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) is once again calling all patriotic Filipino youth to take the annual Entrance Exam on August 31, 2008 at 8:00 o'clock in the morning. It will be conducted in four (4) testing centers in Region 6 & 7. The venue of exam are as follows:
Iloilo City - Central Philippine University
Bacolod City - West Negros College
Dumaguete City - Siliman University
Cebu City - Southwestern College
Successful candidates shall be provided a well-rounded and free college education, receive stipend while studying, have a progressive career as an officer of the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy or Philippine Air Force.
To qualify to the cadet admission requirements for PMA, an applicant must be a natural born Filipino citizen; of good moral character; single; stands 5'4" if male 5'2" if female; not a day older than 21 years old and not a day younger than 17 years old; at least high school graduate. They must bring the following documents for processing: Form 32 or Diploma, NSO Birth Certificate and 2 pieces 2"x2" ID picture with white background.
Applicants are advised to prepare for the examination covering Algebra, Geometry, Grammar, Composition, Reading Comprehension, Verbal/Numerical Reasoning and Pattern Analysis.
