Gov't exec urges technical graduates to 'build dreams here'
BACOLOD CITY -- A government official here rallied graduates of technical courses to explore entrepreneurial opportunities in the country employing the skills they have acquired from the training.
Speaking at the graduation of the National Federation of Sugar Planters (NFSP) Sugar Foundation Skills Training, DOLE Assistant Regional Director Crispin Dannug urged 150 graduates who are children of farm workers and out-of-school youths (OSY) to take an aggressive stand on establishing their own livelihood and overcome challenges along the way.
