Lufthansa Technik Phils' everlasting gift
The school building rises along the shoreline of
Barangay Agojo, Panay, Capiz..
The Agojo Elementary School in Panay, Capiz was the lucky recipient of a new school building with three classrooms donated by Lufthansa Technik Philippines.
Lufthansa Technik AG is the leading manufacturer-independent provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for aircraft, engines and components. The Lufthansa Technik Group consists of 28 companies and a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa German Airlines.
Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP), founded in 2000 is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation. LTP provides total technical and engineering support for the entire Philippine Airlines (PAL) fleet and other aircrafts worldwide.

The P1.2-million school building was constructed by LTP through the efforts of the very energetic and handsome Panay SB Member Graciano Balderama. An architect by profession, he also designed the beautiful and sturdy school structure.
A Blessing and Ceremonial Turn-over of the newly-constructed school building was held and attended by no less than Governor Victor Tanco, Troy Trower, vice president for finance of Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Agojo Brgy. Capt. Manuel Beluso, DepEd officials, teachers, barangay officials, parents and students.
Trower, who personally turned over the school building to the school principal, said that their company, under its Social Responsibility Program, has donated several school buildings, libraries, and books to public schools all over our country.

Balderama, who was instrumental to the donation, added that a school building at nearby Barangay Bonga, Panay, Capiz was also approved for rehabilitation by Lufthansa Technik Phil's Social Responsibility Program.
Angel Gilvas, CESO V, School Division Superintendent urged teachers, students, and residents of the place to take good care of the school building in gratitude to this everlasting gift from Lufthansa Technik Philippines.
